Meet Benji of Yoga with Adriene!

What’s up, party people? The ladies of That Furry Face have a gift for you! We want to share with you something that has been the best part of our day for the past 31 days... It’s changed our bodies, our lives, and in turn, it's changed our pet’s lives.

On January 1st we started Yoga Revolution, a 31 day yoga challenge from our favorite YouTube Channel, Yoga With Adriene. We made a promise to ourselves to get on the yoga mat every day in January 2017. Brock has been known to join us on the mat too, but most of the time he lays on his couch, in shavasana, working on his pranayama (is it bad yoga etiquette to say his mouth breathing is distracting?). We cannot speak enough about the strength we've gained in our bodies and hearts, and the glow that follows us throughout the day.

Yoga Revolution can be found at yogawithadriene.com or on Yoga With Adriene's YouTube Channel, along with a diverse, widespread library of yoga videos for just about any ache, pain, mood or ailment. Getting on the mat can be a challenge, but Adriene's fun and heart-open approach begged us to make time for ourselves every single day. We intend to continue to practice into February and beyond!

A common phrase this month among our pack has been "These aren't my legs!", uttered when we catch a glimpse of our newly shaped stems in a mirror. While Adriene has given us strength to better romp with the pups, she's also given us open, swelling hearts to better love our fur babies.

Adriene is a dog lover herself and her Heeler, Benji, occasionally makes appearances in her videos. Check out Day 29 of Yoga Revoltuion to get clear idea of Adriene and Benji's relationship. Benji is who she attributes her real sanity to. He's truly a woman's best friend.
